Business Analyst – BPM (RBUC553)

In this role, an example of a project you will be involved in is for a well-known oil&gas company. Your mission will be to link the business needs and the IT constraints in order to organize the activity in a fluent, efficient and transparent way. You will ensure the Business Process Management of an HR Application.
Responsibilities:
- Closely communicating with the key business stakeholders in order to fully understand their business needs
- Documenting and organizing the requirements for a system and communicating them to the IT development team
- Closely collaborating with the entire IT team:
-Assist Solution Architects and participate in reviews of deliverables
-Assist Test Managers to complete test documentation
-Assist PM to define the implementation plan for the defined solution including estimated effort for development
- Formulating business rules to support the activity of the the technical team in the application development process
- Promote the needed changes when necessary by discussing the benefits with both business & IT teams
- Identify risks, issues and solutions in order to successfully realize an application development project
- Ensure that the output quality standards are being maintained; ensure traceability between business requirements and BPM solutions
- Assist process stakeholders by showing them how to identify and solve process challenges by simulating different scenarios & analyze performance metrics
- Document application analysis, design, acceptance criteria for UAT.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Agile Project Management
- Knowledge of Process Design
- Prior experience in requirements analysis / SW architecture / development
- Previous BPMS is required
- Experience with an HR application will be considered as an advantage;
- Exceptional written & verbal English language skills
- Strong analytical & conceptual skills
