Job description:
Pentalog continues to maintain and develop interesting IT&C projects in 2010, along with our partners who are important players from industries like telecommunications (Wireless solutions and technologies), medical and pharmaceutical domain, media, perfumery & consumer goods, etc.
The increasing number of the specialists on various technologies from Pentalog Chisinau is constantly generating positive results. In consequence, in order to maintain the quality standards of our work it is necessary to develop a new Project Management position. For this role we invite you to actively participate in coordinating the activity on ongoing and new projects, by taking in charge of the following actions:
- Specifying the client needs and achieving the specifications for incoming requests;
- Participating in definition of the architecture and proposing technical solutions;
- Management of the resources and of the plan implementation for each project;
- Identifying and solving various technical and functional problems that normally appear along one project;
- Making test plans in order to ensure the quality of the development in accordance with the established needs;
- Quality assurance, in partnership with the development team;
- Ensuring the projects related change management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Experience in managing IT projects (bigger than 500 days / man);
- Experience in managing fixed-price projects;
- Excellent coordination, planning and organizing skills;
- Ability to analyze and a global vision of the situations;
- Ability to quickly adjust to a new working environment;
- Knowledge of MS Project;
- Fluency in French is a must; fluency in English is a great advantage.
