Project Manager (RBRA454)
Position summary:
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager, who will play one of the key roles in the Technical Department.
Ideal candidate worked in IT consulting companies or with software editors and has a strong experience in project metrics that will lead to successfully harmonize and systematize of development processes.
The Project Manager will be located in our offices in Brasov (Romania).
Responsibilities:
- Leads the company’s project management practice and discipline;
- Drives project management strategy and standards that are consistent across company;
- Sets and manages project management procedures, metrics and tools (Project Time Line, Project Cost Management, Project Resources, Project Scope Management, Project Quality Management, and Project Action Items);
- Determines project costs and ensures delivery on time and within budgetary guidelines;
- Performs cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives;
- Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of project management resources;
- Assesses performance risk and mitigation plan;
- Participates in project wrap-up sessions to highlight successes and failures of the team;
- Creates and manages remediation plans with the development team for failures to avoid repeat.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager – at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of Gantt charts;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude required;
- Excellent coordination, planning and organizing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and multi-cultural communication skills (especially when the projects are situated in different locations);
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field required;
- Fluency in English, French is a plus;
- Availability for traveling (internal and abroad – Europe, Asia).
